First Impressions
BIGBET Casino presents a polished interface, and the payment options available for New Zealand players are immediately noticeable. While it claims to offer a variety of methods, as a critical reviewer, I found it essential to do a deeper dive into what these options entail, especially given the offshore nature of the casino.
The site has several deposit methods, including credit and debit cards, e-wallets, and even cryptocurrency. However, it’s crucial to remember that the absence of DIA licensing means you’re dealing with a foreign operator—an important factor to consider for safety and legality.
Signup Process
Registering at BIGBET Casino is straightforward. You provide basic details like your name, email, and preferred payment method. The site does not require extensive verification upfront, which is common in offshore casinos.
This ease of signup can be a double-edged sword. While it allows for quick access to the platform, it raises concerns about security. I recommend using a secure payment option to mitigate risks.
First Deposit
When making your initial deposit, you can choose from several options. The minimum deposit is set at **$10 NZD**, which is relatively low compared to other casinos. The available payment methods include:
Visa/MasterCard
PayPal
Skrill
Cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin)
Each method has its own processing time. Most deposits reflect immediately, allowing you to dive into games without delays. However, do check for any transaction fees, as these can catch you off guard—some methods may charge up to 5%.
First Session
Once your deposit is confirmed, you’re free to explore the game library, boasting roughly **1,840 games**. The pokies, which tend to have an average RTP of **96.3%**, are popular among Kiwi players.
In my testing, I noticed that the loading times were decent, allowing for a smooth gaming experience. One thing I’d flag: the wagering requirements for bonuses are set at **37x**, which can be quite challenging to meet, especially if you’re playing high RTP games.
First Withdrawal
Withdrawing your winnings can be a crucial step, and it’s where many players encounter issues. BIGBET Casino claims to process withdrawals within **23-47 hours**, which sounds decent. However, delays can occur, especially with e-wallets, and I found that my first withdrawal took a full **36 hours** to clear.
The process requires you to verify your identity, which is standard practice for most online casinos, but be prepared for potential hiccups. If there’s any discrepancy, it could delay your funds even further.
Week-Two Verdict
After two weeks of playing, my perspective on BIGBET Casino has solidified. The payment options are generally user-friendly, and while the minimum deposit is low, the high wagering requirements might deter some players from fully enjoying their experience.
I recommend keeping track of your transactions closely, as being an offshore operator means recourse can be limited if something goes wrong. Also, remember that New Zealand players are advised to be cautious, given that the casino is not officially licensed by the DIA.
In essence, choose your payment method wisely, understand the risks, and always gamble responsibly. If you need help, resources like the Gambling Helpline (0800 654 655) are available for support.
