Every thought vibrates, generates a signal, and draws a matching signal back to itself. As you can see, the law of attraction ensures that all thoughts that are similar to one another line up. If you focus on what you desire, it will come to you. If you focus on what you DO NOT WANT, you will attract more of the same. Once you understand this global truth, every mystery and misunderstanding will be replaced with clarity and knowledge. Doubt and dread will be replaced by knowledge and confidence, ambiguity by surety, and joy will return. You are a vibrational transmitter who constantly broadcasts your signal.

I know what you’re thinking: “Oh no!” I occasionally have negative thoughts. According to Abraham Hicks, we have 17 seconds to focus on something before a matching vibration is activated. The longer you hold your focus, the greater the power of the vibration. And if you can stay completely focused on a thought for as little as 68 seconds, the vibration is strong enough to manifest. When you continuously return to a pure thought and hold it for at least 68 seconds, the thought becomes dominant, and once dominant, you will experience matching manifestations until you change it. I believe this is why the ‘Wish fulfilled and Visualization works because we focus on what we want more than 68 seconds over and over again. When you become aware of negative thoughts or feelings, quickly pick a better one!
Emotions are the greatest frequency determinants. Emotions can increase your frequency vibration to one of healing or one of demise.
The emotion of Gratitude is one of the highest Energy vibrations you want to heal your body and attract what you do want. Gratitude is your key to unconditional happiness. Gratitude is the bridge between despair and hope. It allows your energy to flow most freely. Gratitude is the most powerful magnet; the more time you spend in gratitude, the more magnetic you become. I do a gratitude flood in the mornings when I wake up or when going to bed so I can raise my energy level. A Gratitude flood is just remembering all the memories, items, people you are grateful for. I am GRATEFUL for the cancer because it led me on a journey that awakened my soul, taught me so many lessons on healing, taught me how to love me like a Gigi and now I can share my miracle mindset with so many others.
When I had my first ablation surgery in 2020, they warned me that as the tumor dies, a bit of the liver lining dies as well….this is the painful part. They warned me that I might be in pain for a week or two after the procedure. One night, the pain knocked me to my knees, and I sobbed in agony. My poor hero hubby was scared since he’d never seen me in so much misery. I took an emotional step up as a result of my mindset and lessons. I reached for thankfulness. I was grateful that the agony was only temporary, and that I could tolerate it for a week or two…. Some people live in this manner. I had a newfound compassion for others. I understood why someone in bodily or mental agony would prefer to check out like my stepfather. His death from cancer was dreadful. Through tears, I became grateful for the lesson and the anguish gradually dissipated; the more grateful I became, the less pain I felt. It was a fantastic lesson in focus and rising above a painful vibration through gratitude.
Another powerful emotion to raise your frequency is unconditional forgiveness – for anyone who has harmed or hurt you- including yourself. Revenge, anger, resentment restrict the flow of energy which creates blocks -the blocks cause dis-ease which manifests into physical disease if not dissolved. These emotions create chaos. Let go of anger. Remember, hurt people hurt people.

Other powerful emotions to raise your frequencies are joy and love. That is why it is so important to love yourself like a Gigi, be in love with life, love yourself enough to choose you first, and to give love towards others in service that your life becomes joyous!
Increase your energy frequency in order to attract the life you want. Increase your energy frequency, and your body will heal, because disease cannot exist in a body frequency filled with gratitude, joy, and love. Your frequency is determined by the meaning you attach to things. Meaning generates emotions, which result in positive or negative vibrations that either heal or harm your body. Be mindful of the meaning you assign to things.
Story of 100% Belief / Increasing your Frequency can cause a miracle!
In December 2019, a few months after being told I had had 1-3 years to live, I attended Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Advanced Meditation retreat. There is a wonderful phenomenon known as Coherence healing. If you want healing or to be a healee (a person being healed), you must first fill out an application. My 22yr old Diabetic 1 daughter, Jenn, and I both got approved for Saturday. Wouldn’t it be great to be healed alongside my daughter!? Yet, I really wanted to go on Sunday because there were three days of it and I wanted experienced individuals to heal me on the final day. That evening, I had the opportunity to be a healee along with my daughter. The process is that those being healed go to one room where there is this lovely healing tree. We lay there relaxing while the healers go into one meditation followed by a walking meditation. All the chairs are removed and “cages” are formed. A cage is a ten person circle surrounding the outline of a body taped down on the floor. There are 1000 people getting healed walking around the ballroom at different speeds just getting mixed up like marbles. When the music stops you find a circle to stand in and then Joe takes the healers into a deep meditation to raise their energy frequency with so much Divine love and empowerment which prepares them to heal the body within their cage when they open their eyes.
While the healers are standing around the cage meditation preparing, the healees are marched mechanically into the room in single file and put into the cages. The healees lay on the floor where the outline of the body is and wait for their healing. When everyone is placed -normally around 100 people, Dr. Joe says it’s time to heal and raise the energy of the person they are healing so that their DNA is transformed and they direct their Divine Love healing energy to the body.
Jenn and I headed to the healee room to leave our belongings. She checked her blood sugars and found that her blood sugar was at 41, which is quite low, so she ate a quick snack. At that time, I was overcome with fear for her because if she was healed, her pancreas would go into overdrive and she may go into a coma. As I walked in, I warned a head person that if she didn’t wake up, to pour sprite or sugar down her throat. When I arrived at my cage. I looked up, not recognizing any of them, and panicked, thinking, “Whoa, they don’t know what I’m in here for!” I wanted to yell, “Heal my liver!” I concentrated on the cancer within. My liver felt like a curling iron and was swelling afterward, I thought I botched my chance because others had a far more profound experience.
They had this foundation table on Saturday where I purchased butterfly scarves for both my daughter and myself. I wanted a huge blue butterfly- they told me that the boxes don’t have color- the universe chooses the color for you- I figured for $150, I want a blue one! Well, I got one in yellow, orange, and fuschia, which are not my colors. I thanked the Universe rather sarcastically. On Sunday, I received another token to be healed! WHAT!? Only the terminally ill or crippled receive a second chance at a healing- oh yes, that’s me, I thought. I burst out in tears of joy and hope and gratitude… It’s funny how God works- My daughter was about to start nursing school and was a gym goer. My primary volunteer, Rachel, was an RN and a gym goer and they happened to meet in the gym; neither realized I was the connection. Rachel had done miraculous healing testimonials all week, all with the same theme, she told my daughter, all focus on gratitude and love so the angelic beings could heal them because the beings cannot go into lower frequencies. Before my second chance at being healed, my daughter ran up to me to tell me to focus on gratitude and love. When I went to the healee room this time, I was overjoyed since I got to go on a Sunday, when individuals had more experience. I continued allowing others to go ahead of me. I found myself in the healee room, exactly under the tree. I glanced up to see the colors of the orbs on the tree yellow, orange, and fuchsia-same as my butterfly! I began crying and thanked God for my healing. I began thanking cancer for the lessons it taught me and for my family. I asked God to allow me to be put in my daughter’s cage. I knew if I got into her cage, she’d 100% believe. Even if I told a volunteer they couldn’t truly control it, it’s all random in what cage you are directed to. My daughter said to God, “Hey, you put my mother in my cage…. I will 100% believe!” Of course, she was well aware that this was impossible. We had become friends with another attendee, Julie, and they wanted to heal together, so they ended up in the same cage at the end of the meditation walk. Jenn was then grabbed by a volunteer and sent to another cage that required people. Jenn moved to her new cage, but walked back to get her pillow. When she returned to her new cage, it was full, so she sought for a new spot that needed someone and returned to her meditation.
Those being healed were then led into the main room, first in a single line, then one by one into cages not allowed to speak. There was no “hey, I want to go to this cage,” you were just led mechanically. Walking down the row of cages, I noticed my daughter’s butterfly scarf and thought, gosh, just being near to her would be amazing. As I drew closer and closer to her cage, my heart burst open with belief. I was placed in my daughter’s cage. I was thanking God for my healing miracle as well as my daughter’s miracle because I knew when she opened her eyes and saw me, she would look up and declare, “I 100% believe!” That is exactly what occurred. A Lady named Gina was sitting right next to her as well. By happen stance, I sat next to Gina in our team of 60 on the first and that day and this was her seventh event, so she was experienced! I was getting experience as well as my daughter’s love! I was filled with joy, love, and faith. I felt an infiniti cord of a cool sensation winding around my body, and I felt lifted. It was a wonderful sensation. That is what contributed to my 100% belief. I knew if I could keep that 100% Belief, Miracles could happen. The next cat scans revealed the cancer had not grown which was a first! Because the tumors had not grown, I became a candidate for the ablation procedure which removed the widow maker and removed the reason I only was given 1-3 years left to live- a true miracle!!!
